Ian "Kiwi" Abbott has been in softball since he was a kid growing up in New Zealand. Here in Canada, he has coached at the rep level from Mite to Midget age with Mississauga North, Oakville and Halton Hills. His Midget Oakville team was one of just a handful of Canadian teams to win a US World Series. In his first season with the Gryphons he lead the team to a birth at CCSA nationals. This will be his third year coaching University of Guelph.

Craig Christie has been involved with ball most of his life as a player and coach. He was coached within the Bank of Montreal league. This will be his second year with the University of Guelph.

Mary Dagg has managed rep softball teams with the Mississauga North organization and also coached both Mite and Squirt teams with Oakville. She is an advanced scorekeeper who has worked at the Nationals and the Junior Worlds. This will be her third year managing the University of Guelph team.
